Pre-emergent 1:

Early spring, we start your lawn off properly with a combination of nutrients and pre-emergent crabgrass control. (Broad leaf weed control is also applied, weather permitting). Our dry granular fertilizer will energize your lawn and prepare it for the season ahead.

Pre-emergent 2:

Late spring, we return to your lawn with a feeding of slow-release granular fertilizer and a 2nd pre-emergent and post-emergent crabgrass control. Weed controls are applied to control dandelions and other broadleaf weeds as well.

Service 3:

In early summer, balanced release fertilizers are used at this visit to help prevent lawn stress during the hot summer months. Weed controls are applied if necessary. Our turf specialist will closely watch for disease or insect problems, and if needed, will advise you on a plan of action.

Service 4:

In late summer, blended, slow-release fertilizers are applied to maintain color without promoting excessive growth. We will continue to monitor your turf for disease and insect invaders while controlling broadleaf weeds as needed.

Service 5:

In early fall, the application is a dry fertilizer designed to encourage root growth and density. We will continue to treat weeds if necessary, and monitor your lawn’s progress. We also start our scheduled core aeration & over-seedings.

Service 6:

Late fall, special blended fall fertilizers are used at this visit to enhance color while controlling turf density. Warm season grasses will be treated as needed, to control late season weeds. This is also the time that we are finishing the scheduled core aeration and over-seedings.

Winterizer 7:
Our final fertilizing treatment will aid your turf during the cooler weather and promote lasting color. Winter annual weed control is also applied. We’ll make sure your lawn is safe and sound through the winter season, while preparing it for early spring green up.
